We need these details to generate an e-script for you, enabling a quicker delivery of your products to your doorstep. Rest assured, your details will NOT be saved in your myHealth record to maintain confidentiality. It will be securely stored in Medirecords, our electronic health record and patient management system and is protected by our privacy policy.
